Who we are

We are a local Seattle company using technology to make it efficient and easy to ensure property owners get a fair property tax bill. We use publicly available data and are building an analytics platform to identify and remove inefficiencies in the property tax system.  We’re also longtime Seattle homeowners and techies.

Why we’re doing it

When we appealed our taxes (and won), the process was way harder than it needed to be. According to the King County Board of Equalization, 25% of homeowners who appeal property taxes secure a reduction - but less than 2% of property owners actually appeal each year. Managing your real estate taxes should be a lot easier - and fairer.
